CuraDebt Affiliate Program: Official Terms & Conditions
1. Core Lead Qualifications
To qualify for commission, every lead must meet these specific thresholds:
Minimum Debt Volume:
Consumer Debt: $10,000+ unsecured debt.
Tax Relief: $10,000+ IRS or State tax debt.
Business / MCA Relief: $20,000+ business debt.
Lead Integrity: Must be 21+ years old, possess a valid phone number, and be actively seeking debt resolution (not loans).
2. Regional Serviceability
Debt Relief: Accepted from all states EXCEPT: IL, KS, OR, RI, TN, UT, VI, WV, NH, MI, MN, CO, VA, IA, WA, PA. (PPC-only traffic accepted from the last 8 states).
Tax Relief: Accepted from all states EXCEPT: PA, PR, MN, IL, OR.
Business / MCA Relief: ONLY AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, DE, DC, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MS, MO, MT, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, NC, OH, OK, PR, RI, SD, TX, UT, VI, WI, WY.
3. Validity & Exclusivity Rules
Database Deduplication: Leads that already exist within the CuraDebt internal database do not qualify for commission.
Verification Process: Leads are approved for payment once our counselors confirm debt volume and program fit via Phone, SMS, or Email.
Audit Rights: CuraDebt reserves the right to audit lead sources. Fraudulent or test leads result in immediate termination.
4. Strict Marketing Compliance & Prohibitions
Zero Tolerance for Misleading Advertising:
Bait-and-Switch: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using false hooks or non-existent incentives (e.g., "Free cash if you sign up before 8 PM" or "Government Stimulus Checks").
Misleading Funnels: You may not attract users with "Loans" or "Grants" and redirect them to debt relief. Funnels must accurately represent debt resolution services.
No Incentives: No cash, points, or gift card incentives may be offered for form completions.
Government Representation: Do not claim or imply that CuraDebt is part of a government program or stimulus initiative.
5. PPC & Creative Rules
PPC Branding: No bidding on "CuraDebt" or brand variations. You must use negative matching for brand terms.
Creatives: All websites and ads must be clear, accurate, and pre-approved if they fall outside network-provided banners.
6. Payout Terms
Verification Trigger: Commissions are move to "Approved" status once intent and volume are verified.
Reversals: Traffic generated via misleading hooks, duplicate submissions, or unauthorized states will be reversed.
