CuraDebt Debt Relief (US)

Program Terms

Affiliates may not use “CuraDebt” or variations (including misspellings) in:

  • Paid search keywords
  • Display URLs
  • Domain names
  • Paid search ad titles or descriptions
  • Affiliates may not represent CuraDebt as a government program.
  • Affiliates may not use settlement percentage claims (e.g., “settle your debt for 50%”).
  • All messaging must clearly describe CuraDebt as a debt relief company that helps with unsecured debt, tax debt, and business debt.

Disclosure Requirements

If your site does not fully explain CuraDebt’s services, you must display this disclosure before any quote form:

“Free quote requests are only available in eligible states (see exclusions). The program is for those with at least $10,000 in unsecured (or tax) debt. We cannot help with secured debts such as mortgages, auto loans, or student loans. Applicants must be 21 or older and have a source of income to make program payments. After submitting your info, CuraDebt will contact you with your free savings estimate.”
 

Creative Restrictions

  • No incentives for form submissions (e.g., gift cards, prizes).
  • No misleading ads suggesting CuraDebt offers loans, payday advances, or mortgage assistance.
  • No unapproved creatives or email campaigns (email marketing must be pre-approved by CuraDebt).


Traffic & Compliance

  • Leads must be TCPA compliant.
  • Minimum requirement: $10,000 unsecured debt (or $10,000 tax debt for tax clients).
  • Debt: Available in all states except CO, IA, IL, KS, MI, MN, NH, OR, PA, RI, TN, UT, VA, VI, WA, WV.
  • Tax: Available in all states except IL, MN, PA, PR.
