By applying and joining our program, you agree to adhere to the following key terms:
1. Program Focus & Audience: Our brand is focused on premium quality, gourmet gifts, and family-friendly content. All promotional materials must align with a positive, professional, and ethical brand image. Promotion on sites containing adult, illegal, or otherwise offensive content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
2. Brand and PPC Restrictions:
Brand Bidding is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This includes bidding on any variations of "Bell's Reines," "Bell's Reines Cookies," or any misspellings. Any breach will result in immediate commission reversal and program suspension.
Affiliates must negatively match against all brand terms in any search campaigns.
Direct linking to the Bell's Reines website from paid search advertisements is not allowed.
3. Coupon & Promotional Codes:
Commission is ONLY paid on transactions using coupon codes that have been explicitly provided to you by the Bell's Reines affiliate management team or are publicly displayed on our website.
Promotion of non-authorized codes (e.g., expired, leaked, or internal codes) will result in the immediate decline of all associated commissions.
4. Commission and Validation:
Commission is paid on the product price only and excludes VAT/sales tax, delivery, and payment processing fees.
All commissions are validated after a 30-day period to account for our return/cancellation window. Commissions will be declined for canceled orders, product returns, or payment failures.
