Cold Town Beer Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Cold Town Beer Affiliate Programme on AWIN. By joining and participating in our affiliate programme, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Programme Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Participants must have a valid AWIN account.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
The commission rate and structure are subject to change at Cold Town Beer’s discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes in advance.
3. Cookie Duration
The programme offers a 30-day cookie duration. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link, the affiliate will be credited with the sale.
4. Marketing Materials
Affiliates will have access to a variety of marketing materials, including banners, images, and promotional content.
Affiliates must use the provided materials as intended and must not alter them without prior approval from Cold Town Beer.
5. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Cold Town Beer through their websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
Affiliates must not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to false advertising, spamming, or any activities that may harm the reputation of Cold Town Beer.
Affiliates must not promote Cold Town Beer on any websites or platforms that contain or promote illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Cold Town Beer-related keywords in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
Affiliates must not use any domain names that include “Cold Town Beer” or any variations or misspellings thereof.
7. Payments
Commissions are paid out monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold specified by AWIN is met.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and keeping it up-to-date in their AWIN accounts.
8. Termination
Cold Town Beer reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or engagement in prohibited activities.
Affiliates may terminate their participation in the programme at any time by notifying Cold Town Beer or AWIN.
9. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cold Town Beer trademarks, logos, and marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting Cold Town Beer.
Affiliates must not use any Cold Town Beer intellectual property in a manner that implies endorsement or partnership without prior written consent.
10. Liability
Cold Town Beer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the affiliate programme.
Cold Town Beer makes no representations or warranties regarding the programme or the products sold through the programme.
11. Modification of Terms
Cold Town Beer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
