| Order cancelled | | | Cancelled orders are not eligible for commission. |
| Item was returned | | | If a customer returns their order and a refund is processed, any associated affiliate commission will be declined.

| Customer failed credit check | | | If we are unable to confirm the customer is over-18, we may decline the order. Commission will not be paid. |
| Breach of programme terms and conditions | | | Publishers in breach of the Friarwood Affiliate Programme Terms will have commissions declined and may be removed from the programme. |
