Scottish Kilt Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the Scottish Kilt Affiliate Program! By joining, you’ll have the opportunity to promote premium Scottish and Celtic apparel while earning generous commissions.
This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Scottish Kilt (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (the “Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”). By participating, you agree to the terms below.
1. Joining the Program
By enrolling, you agree to this Agreement and the Awin Terms of Use.
Participation gives you access to exclusive promotions, product data feeds, and marketing resources to maximize your earnings.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a valued affiliate, you must:
Promote our brand ethically and honestly.
Avoid spam, misleading marketing, or unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked content.
Never bid on Scottish Kilt’s trademarked terms in paid campaigns.
Avoid cookie stuffing, fraudulent transactions, or any form of false advertising.
Compliance ensures a long-term, profitable partnership.
3. Commissions & Earnings
Earn 30-40% base commissions on all qualifying sales.
Bonuses: Receive $10 USD for every sale over $150 USD.
Commissions apply only to verified, valid sales.
Rates may be updated with prior notice.
4. Payments
All payments are processed via Awin, following their standard schedule.
Payments will only be issued for verified transactions.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
Upon termination, all valid, unpaid commissions will be paid in the next billing cycle.
6. Liability & Protection
You agree to indemnify and hold Scottish Kilt harmless from any claims resulting from your promotions.
The Company is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from affiliate activities.
7. Program Updates & Changes
Scottish Kilt may update program terms at any time.
Affiliates will be notified and must comply with the latest terms to continue participating.
