Good Organics, LLC Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Good Organics, LLC, a registered State of Georgia company, hereinafter referred to as "Merchant" or "Company," and the individual or entity participating in the Affiliate Program (the "Affiliate").
Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:
By enrolling in the Good Organics, LLC Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to comply with all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Good Organics, LLC reserves the right to reject or terminate any Affiliate account for any reason at its discretion.
Commission Structure:
Good Organics, LLC agrees to pay the Affiliate commissions based on the sales generated through the Affiliate's unique tracking link. The commission structure and payment terms are outlined in the Affiliate Dashboard.
Brand Compliance:
Affiliates shall not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation or image of Good Organics, LLC. Affiliates are required to promote Good Organics, LLC products in a truthful and ethical manner.
Logo and Trademark Usage:
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Good Organics, LLC logos and trademarks solely for the purpose of promoting Good Organics, LLC products. Any unauthorized use of the Good Organics, LLC logos and trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Restrictions:
a. Affiliates shall not engage in any form of spamming, including but not limited to email spam, social media spam, and comment spam.
b. Affiliates shall not bid on the Good Organics, LLC trademarked terms or variations thereof for online advertising purposes.
c. Affiliates shall not use deceptive or misleading advertising in connection with the promotion of Good Organics, LLC products.
d. Affiliates are expressly prohibited from uploading Good Organics, LLC products to third-party websites or reseller marketplaces/storefronts. The sale of Good Organics, LLC products is exclusively allowed via the business website "www.good-organics.com" through their unique affiliate tracking link.
Compliance with Laws:
Affiliates shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection laws, consumer protection laws, and anti-spam laws.
Termination:
Good Organics, LLC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for violation of any terms herein.
Modification of Terms:
Good Organics, LLC reserves the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of such changes, and continued participation in the Good Organics, LLC Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Confidentiality:
All information related to Good Organics, LLC's business, including but not limited to sales data, customer information, and marketing strategies, shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Georgia.
By enrolling in the Good Organics, LLC Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
