Program Terms

Good. Organics Affiliate Brand Usage Guidelines

These Brand Usage Guidelines apply to all affiliates participating in the Good. Organics affiliate program. By participating in the program, affiliates agree to comply with the following rules regarding the use of Good. Organics trademarks, logos, brand assets, likeness, and marketing materials.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of commissions.

1. Trademark Ownership

Good. Organics, including the Good., Good Organics, and any related logos, product names, slogans, and brand marks are trademarks and intellectual property owned by Good Organics.

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting Good Organics products through the AWIN affiliate program.

Affiliates may not claim ownership, alter, or represent these assets as their own.

2. Approved Brand Asset Usage

Affiliates may only use brand assets that are:

• Provided directly through the affiliate platform
• Provided by Good Organics marketing materials
• Publicly available from official Good Organics channels

Approved uses include:

• Product promotion content
• Editorial reviews
• Blog or article features
• Social media posts promoting Good Organics products
• Display advertising using official creatives

All brand assets must be used in their original form without modification unless written approval is provided.

3. Prohibited Brand Modifications

Affiliates may NOT:

• Modify the Good. logo or Good Organics logo
• Alter logo colors, proportions, or typography
• Add additional text or elements to official logos
• Create derivative logos or marks
• Use brand assets in a misleading or deceptive manner

Logos must remain clear, legible, and unaltered at all times.

4. Domain Name Restrictions

Affiliates may not register or operate domains that include or closely resemble:

• Good.
• Good Organics
• Good Organics LLC
• Any variation, misspelling, or confusingly similar version of these marks

Examples of prohibited domains include but are not limited to:

goodorganicsstore.com
goodorganicsdeals.com
good-organics-discount.com

Affiliates may not create websites that appear to be official Good Organics sites.

5. Paid Advertising Restrictions

Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords including but not limited to:

Good Organics
Good.
Good Organics Gummies
Good Organics CBD
Good Organics THC

Affiliates may also not bid on:

• Misspellings of the brand name
• Trademark variations
• Brand + coupon terms

Affiliates may not run ads that appear to be official brand ads.

6. Coupon and Discount Restrictions

Affiliates may only promote discounts that are:

• Officially provided through the affiliate platform
• Currently active on the Good Organics website

Affiliates may not:

• Create unauthorized discount codes
• Promote expired or misleading offers
• Suggest exclusive discounts that do not exist

7. Misrepresentation and Claims

Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims about Good Organics products.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Medical claims
• Disease treatment claims
• Health guarantees
• Unsupported scientific claims

Affiliates must comply with FTC endorsement and disclosure guidelines.

All affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed.

8. Prohibited Content

Good Organics brand assets may not appear on websites or content that includes:

• Illegal content
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Adult or explicit material
• Violence or harmful activities
• Misleading or deceptive practices

Good Organics reserves the right to determine whether affiliate content is appropriate.

9. Social Media Usage

Affiliates may promote Good Organics on social media platforms provided they:

• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships
• Do not impersonate official brand accounts
• Do not create accounts that appear to be owned by Good Organics

Accounts using names such as GoodOrganicsOfficial, GoodOrganicsDeals, etc. are prohibited.

10. Content Ownership

All brand assets, imagery, product photos, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Good Organics.

Affiliates are granted permission to use these materials only while actively participating in the affiliate program.

Upon termination from the program, all brand usage must cease immediately.

11. Enforcement

Good Organics reserves the right to:

• Request removal or modification of content
• Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts
• Reverse commissions resulting from policy violations

Affiliates are expected to comply with all brand guidelines at all times.

12. Updates to Guidelines

These guidelines may be updated periodically. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the latest version available through the affiliate platform.
