About the brand

We combine the healing and remedial power of nature's essential oils with scientifically developed sticker patches - with a selection of patches designed to help in everyday situations from repelling mosquitos, to sleep, to stress relief and more!

Humble beginnings

The Natural Patch Co. started around the dining table in 2019 when we had been spending the long summer with our children around a beautiful strip of land known as the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia.

Embracing the natural healing power of sun and sea, our kids were running free with the dirt and sand between their toes. But one constant had been holding us back from full enjoyment. It was the sound of mosquitoes and the inevitable swelling, blemishes and itchiness that came with them.

The idea started with the kids rubbing citronella candle wax on their clothes, and this sparked an innovation.

Materials design

We believe in a dramatic long-term shift of having sustainable practices at the heart of every decision and so we began working with Australian Research Universities on material's design. We set out to achieve two goals with our patches. 100% biodegradability along with scientifically controlled release of vapours to allow the effects of our products to be maintained for hours at a time.

What else can we make better

We started with the now globally known BuzzPatch mosquito repellent, but then set out to make life better in other areas. Initially developing patches for sleep, relaxation, focus, cravings and allergy relief.

We found nature had the remedies and formulated our ingredients using Bergamot, Lemon, Peppermint, Grapefruit, Cedarwood, Mandarin, Sweet Orange, Lavender, Vetiver, Black Spruce, Rosalina and Frankincense.
