Terms apply to e-commerce and m-commerce versions of Griffin Property Co.
- Paid Search Activity (PPC):
Affiliates may not bid on or use the Griffin Property Co trademarks to gain preferential listings on Search Engines, Directories or any other kind of online database.
Griffin Property Co and Affiliate Window continually monitor search engine activity across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
1.1 Keyword Bidding (Terms)
i. Publishers are NOT permitted to promote Griffin Property Co via PPC.
ii. Publishers are NOT permitted to use any Griffin Property Co brand terms, including misspells and other variants to gain preferential listings on Google, Yahoo or Bing.
iii. Exceptions to this rule only apply if specific PPC terms are agreed with both the affiliate and Griffin Property Co.
It the responsibility of the publisher to seek the advice of the Griffin Property Co account managers, if they are in doubt.
Griffin Property Co has a PPC policy in place which requests that our affiliates refrain from appearing on searches for these brand terms:

Any activity that therefore contravenes this policy may result in commission being set to zero and sales generated through this activity declined.
1.2 Display URLs:
i. Publishers are NOT permitted to use the term ‘Griffinpropertyco’ in their display URL’s in any text ad, for example:
‘Www.griffinproperty.co.uk’

www.Griffinproperty.co
www.Griffinproperty.co.uk

1.3 Landing Pages:
i. All clicks must first land on the publisher’s site and the user must click from the publisher’s site to Griffinproperty.co
ii. Clicks must never land directly on Griffinproperty.co
iii. Overlays and masked URL’s are NOT permitted.
1.4 Outbidding:
i. You must not display PPC adverts that appear in a higher position than those from Griffinproperty.co own PPC campaigns. If adverts placed by you outrank adverts from a Griffin Property Co campaign, you should immediately lower the CPC bid upon Griffin Property Co’s request.
2. Email Marketing Campaigns:
Email marketing campaigns must be submitted to your account manager for approval.
3. Disputed Transactions:
i. Affiliates must raise commission queries via the normal channels within seven days of an expected payment.
ii. Commission validation time periods may vary depending upon a customers selected delivery date. Affiliates are encouraged to email us regarding any queries about an order / commission validation.
Our commission structure:
We offer a competitive commission rate of £50 for every sales property listed, and £25 for every lettings property, listed on our website.
