Terms and Conditions: Brand Guidelines
These brand guidelines apply to all e-commerce and m-commerce versions of Emoov
These Brand Guidelines sit alongside our Programme Terms (including PPC policy). Breaches may lead to commission reversal and removal from the programme.
1) Legal & Advertising Standards
Your site(s), ads and placements must not contravene any law or regulation governing false, misleading or deceptive advertising.
You must comply with applicable consumer, privacy, and email/consent rules in your target markets (e.g., UK consumer law, GDPR/PECR), as well as platform/network policies.
2) Intellectual Property & Protected Marks
All Emoov names, logos, artwork, copy, creatives, page layouts and the contents of Emoov’s literature and website are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Protected marks include, without limitation: “Emoov”, “emoov.co.uk” and (legacy protection) “Griffin Property Co” and related brand assets.
You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Emoov creative strictly as supplied in the affiliate interface.
You must not:
alter or recreate the logo/lockups;
combine Emoov marks with other brands in a way that implies partnership or endorsement;
use our marks in your domain names, subdomains, social handles, app names, or page titles;
register or attempt to register Emoov- or Griffin-related trademarks, domains, or handles.
3) Search, Discoverability & Brand Bidding
No bidding (and no appearance) on Emoov or Griffin Property Co trademarks, derivatives, misspellings, spacing/hyphenation or other confusingly similar terms in any search engine or on-site search ad product.
No “TM+” activity (e.g., brand + reviews, login, fees, contact, discount).
No doorway pages or auto-generated pages built to capture brand searches for Emoov or Griffin Property Co.

4) URLs, Redirects & Framing
No masked URLs, cloaking, or overlays. Do not iframe, frame, or proxy Emoov pages.
Browser back button must work. Do not trap users, block, or interfere with normal back navigation (no history manipulation or forced interstitial loops).
Links to Emoov must use the network tracking links exactly as provided.
5) Content & Placement
Do not place Emoov creative alongside illegal, harmful, or brand-unsafe content.
Do not make unsupported claims (e.g., pricing, availability, fees) or “fake review” tactics.
Only promote current, approved offers/codes as issued in the network.
6) Order Validation & Cancellations
Pre-orders: sales on pre-orders are not validated until the order is dispatched/sent to the customer (or the service goes live, as applicable).
Cancellations/returns: any cancelled or refunded orders are not validated (commission will be reversed).
7) Legacy Brand (Griffin Property Co)
Because some consumers still search for legacy terms, treat “Griffin Property Co” (and obvious misspellings/variants) as protected under these Brand Guidelines.
All rules above apply equally to Emoov and Griffin legacy references.
8) Enforcement
We may withhold or set commission to 0% and decline sales generated in breach of these Brand Guidelines and/or the PPC policy. Repeated or serious breaches may result in immediate removal from the programme.
9) Questions & Approvals
If in doubt about usage, placements, or new traffic sources, seek written approval from your Emoov account contact (via the network message centre) before launching activity.
