Program Terms

No branding Publishers must protect Lucy & Yak’s brand, reputation and intellectual property.

Brand Assets

Publishers may only use approved Lucy & Yak logos, imagery, product copy, banners, text links, product feed content and other Brand Assets supplied through Awin or approved in writing by Lucy & Yak.

Publishers must not alter creative assets unless approved in writing.

Brand Guidelines

Publishers must comply with Lucy & Yak brand guidelines and any written instructions issued by Lucy & Yak or its appointed programme manager.

Publishers must not:

  • use outdated branding, logos, imagery or product copy;
  • modify Lucy & Yak logos, creative assets or imagery;
  • misrepresent Lucy & Yak products;
  • make misleading claims about pricing, discounts, stock availability, sustainability, sizing or product features;
  • imply that the Publisher is an official Lucy & Yak site, store, reseller, representative or partner;
  • use Lucy & Yak Brand Assets in a misleading, unlawful, derogatory or damaging manner.

Trade Marks, Domains and Social Handles

Publishers must not register, purchase or use domain names, sub-domains, social media handles, app names, account names or email addresses containing “Lucy & Yak”, “Lucy and Yak”, “Lucy Yak”, “Lucy&Yak” or any confusingly similar term, variant or misspelling.

Public Statements

Publishers must not issue press releases, public announcements, competitions, giveaways or statements referring to Lucy & Yak without Prior Written Approval.

Publishers must not suggest that they are “in partnership with”, “sponsored by”, “endorsed by” or otherwise formally associated with Lucy & Yak unless approved in writing.

Inappropriate Environments

Publishers must not promote Lucy & Yak on websites, apps, platforms or channels containing or linking to:

  • illegal material;
  • obscene or sexually explicit material;
  • violent, discriminatory, hateful, threatening or abusive material;
  • defamatory or misleading content;
  • material infringing third-party intellectual property rights;
  • malware, spyware, adware or harmful technology;
  • file-sharing, peer-to-peer or torrent services; or
  • any content that Lucy & Yak reasonably considers inconsistent with its brand values.
