LuvlyPlay Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Commission
• Standard commission: 15% on all valid sales
• Cookie duration: 30 days
• Commissions paid via Awin's standard payout schedule
2. Validation
• Returns period: 14 days
• Transactions auto-validated after 21 days unless cancelled or returned
• Cancelled orders, refunds, and chargebacks are not eligible for commission
3. Promotion Methods (Allowed)
• Content websites and blogs
• Social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
• Email marketing to your own opt-in subscribers
• Influencer/creator content with proper disclosure
4. Promotion Methods (Not Allowed)
• Bidding on brand keywords ("LuvlyPlay" or misspellings) on PPC platforms
• Direct linking from paid ads
• Spam or unsolicited promotion
• Cookie stuffing or deceptive tracking
• Trademark infringement
• Misrepresentation of products or brand
5. Brand Guidelines
• Use only approved product images and brand assets
• Do not modify our logo or product photos
• Promotional content must align with body-positive, inclusive values
• Adult/explicit content must be properly age-gated
6. Coupon Codes
• Exclusive codes are tied to your affiliate account
• Do not share codes on coupon aggregator sites without prior approval
7. Termination
• LuvlyPlay reserves the right to terminate for violations
• Pending commissions honored if no fraud detected
