Order canceledCommission will be declined when the customer cancels the order before fulfillment, or when the order is cancelled by the merchant due to payment issues, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
Item was returnedCommission will be declined when the customer returns the product within our 14-day return policy. Partial returns will result in proportional commission deduction.
Customer failed credit checkCommission will be declined when the customer's payment is declined, fails verification, or is reversed due to insufficient funds, fraud detection, or any payment processor failure.
Breach of program termsCommission will be declined when the publisher violates our program terms, including but not limited to: PPC bidding on brand keywords, cookie stuffing, spam, trademark infringement, or any deceptive promotional practices.
Duplicate orderCommission will be declined when the same transaction is recorded more than once due to tracking errors, multiple cookies, or customer placing identical orders that are then consolidated.
Item was out of stockCommission will be declined when an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability and is subsequently cancelled or refunded.
OtherCommission may also be declined for: chargebacks initiated by customers, suspected fraudulent transactions, refunds processed within 30 days of order date, orders flagged by our fraud prevention system, or violations of payment processor terms.
