LuvlyPlay Branding Guidelines
1. Brand Assets
- Use only official LuvlyPlay logos, product images, and promotional graphics provided in our content kit
- Do not modify, distort, recolor, or alter any brand assets
- Do not place our logo over busy backgrounds or images that may compromise legibility
- Maintain clear space around the logo equal to its height
2. Brand Name
- Always write our brand name as "LuvlyPlay" (one word, capitalized L and P)
- Do not use variations such as "Luvly Play", "Luvlyplay", "LUVLYPLAY", or "Lovely Play"
- When referring to our products, use full official product names (e.g., "Flower Dance Carnival 4 Tongue Licking Vibrator")
3. Product Imagery
- Use only product photos provided through our affiliate content kit or downloaded from luvlyplay.com
- Do not use stock photos or third-party images to represent our products
- Maintain product photo quality (no low-resolution or distorted versions)
4. Tone & Messaging
- Promote our products with body-positive, inclusive, and respectful messaging
- Avoid graphic, explicit, or objectifying language
- Frame intimate wellness as empowering and stigma-free
- Adult content must be age-gated (18+ verification) wherever applicable
5. Claims & Disclosures
- Do not make medical claims about our products (e.g., "treats" or "cures" any condition)
- Always disclose your affiliate relationship with LuvlyPlay in compliance with FTC, ASA, and local advertising regulations
- Use #ad, #sponsored, #affiliate, or platform-specific disclosure tags as required
6. Prohibited Use
- Do not use our brand or products in content that promotes violence, hate speech, illegal activity, or non-consensual situations
- Do not associate our brand with controversial political, religious, or harmful causes
- Do not create competing brand confusion (e.g., domains containing "luvlyplay")
7. Content Kit Access
- Approved partners receive access to our official content kit including logos, product photos, social media templates, and pre-written copy
- Request the kit by contacting support@luvlyplay.com after approval
