BookAllCare Affiliate Programme — General Terms & Conditions
By joining the BookAllCare affiliate programme on Awin, publishers agree to the following terms:
Programme Overview. BookAllCare is a UK childcare discovery platform that helps parents find and compare trusted, Ofsted-registered nurseries, and that helps eligible working parents reduce their childcare costs through the Workplace Nursery Benefit Scheme (WNBS). Publishers earn a fixed commission (Cost-per-Lead) for each valid lead generated, as defined below. Participation is free for parents.
Qualifying Leads & Commission Model. Commissions are paid on a CPL (Cost-per-Lead) basis. The programme currently runs two campaign types, each with its own valid-lead definition:
WNBS campaign (primary, UK nationwide). A valid lead is a completed WNBS registration submitted by a UK-based parent or guardian, with genuine, accurate and de-duplicated contact details, expressing authentic interest in the Workplace Nursery Benefit Scheme. WNBS leads are accepted from anywhere in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland and Wales).
Nursery-tour campaign (regional). A valid lead is a completed nursery tour booking submitted by a parent or guardian within our nursery-listing coverage area (West Midlands and Stoke-on-Trent), where the parent attends the scheduled tour appointment. Commission for this campaign type is payable only after the tour appointment date has passed and attendance has been confirmed.
Lead Validation. WNBS leads are validated within 30 days of the registration being recorded, following checks for duplication, validity and genuine intent. Nursery-tour leads are validated within 10 working days following the scheduled tour appointment date. Commission becomes payable on validation.
Lead Rejection Criteria. BookAllCare reserves the right to decline commission on leads that are duplicate submissions, fraudulent or bot-generated, incomplete, or that contain invalid or knowingly false data. For the nursery-tour campaign only, leads may also be declined where they originate from outside the coverage area (West Midlands and Stoke-on-Trent), where the parent fails to attend the booked tour (no-show), or where a tour is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Leads generated in breach of these programme terms may be declined for either campaign.
Cookie Duration. 30-day cookie window from the last click.
Permitted Promotional Methods. Content sites, parenting blogs, community forums, and email newsletters (GDPR-compliant lists only). PPC, cashback, loyalty, discount code, behavioural retargeting, and media broker activity are not permitted.
Brand Usage. Publishers must follow BookAllCare branding guidelines as set out in the Branding tab. The brand name must always appear as "BookAllCare" (one word). Publishers must not make misleading claims about nursery availability, pricing, or Ofsted ratings. For the WNBS campaign, publishers must not misrepresent the savings available, must not imply that eligibility or any specific saving is guaranteed, and must make clear that WNBS is subject to eligibility criteria and requires the parent's employer to offer the scheme.
Compliance. All promotional activity must comply with UK advertising regulations, ASA/CAP codes, GDPR, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. WNBS-related promotion must be accurate, must not be presented as financial or tax advice, and must reflect that the Workplace Nursery Benefit is an HMRC tax exemption available only to eligible employees whose employer participates in the scheme. BookAllCare reserves the right to remove any publisher in breach of these terms.
