5. Claims & Compliance (Strictly Enforced)

  • Use fear-based, misleading, or exaggerated language
  • Misrepresent themselves as MyMagicHealer, an official representative, or medical authority
  • Use the brand name in paid search ads, display URLs, ad copy, or shopping ads without written approval
  • Use unauthorized discount codes, coupons, or promotional messaging
  • Alter logos, packaging visuals, or product images
  • Create landing pages that mimic or impersonate the official MyMagicHealer websited well for my routine”

6. Brand Tone & Creative Style

All MyMagicHealer content must be:

  • Honest and experience-driven

  • The following are not allowed:
  • Fear-based messaging

7. Usage Language (Approved)

Publishers may describe usage as:

8. Brand Protection & Paid Media Restrictions

Publishers may not:

  • Run paid search or shopping ads using MyMagicHealer brand terms
  • Use the brand name in paid search ad copy, display URLs, or bidding strategies
  • Impersonate MyMagicHealer or create look-alike landing pages
  • Use unauthorized discount codes or coupons
  • Any paid activity using brand terms requires written approval.

9. Monitoring & Enforcement

  • MyMagicHealer reserves the right to:
  • Review publisher content at any time
  • Withhold commissions for violations
  • Suspend or remove publishers who do not comply
  • Participation in the program confirms acceptance of these guidelines.
