Approved Promotion & Claims
Affiliates may promote MyMagicHealer products using:
Honest, experience-based, and results-oriented messaging
Claims related to soothing, supporting, relieving, improving, managing, or helping with skin flare-ups and irritation
Customer testimonials, before-and-after experiences, and educational content when presented truthfully
Affiliates may state that the products work and are effective when used as directed.
Claim Limitations (Important)
Affiliates may not:
Claim that MyMagicHealer products cure or permanently eliminate chronic medical conditions
Position products as a guaranteed medical cure or replacement for professional medical treatment
Make claims that imply universal or instant results for every individual
Language such as “supports,” “helps manage,” “reduces discomfort,” “provides relief,” “effective for many users,” and “works with consistent use” is acceptable and encouraged.
Prohibited Promotion Methods
Affiliates may not:
Use misleading, false, or exaggerated claims beyond reasonable product performance
Run paid ads impersonating MyMagicHealer or misrepresenting affiliation
Bid on branded keywords (including “MyMagicHealer,” “Universal Flare Care,” or close variations) without written approval
Use coupon, cashback, or incentive-based promotion without prior approval
Brand & Content Guidelines
Affiliates must represent MyMagicHealer accurately and respectfully
Brand assets may only be used as provided in the affiliate portal or with written permission
Content must align with MyMagicHealer’s mission of clear solutions, education, and transparency
Commission & Validation
Commissions are paid on validated, non-refunded sales
Orders associated with fraud, abuse, or policy violations may be reversed
Program Management
MyMagicHealer reserves the right to:
Approve or remove affiliates at its discretion
Review traffic quality and promotional practices
Update program terms with notice via the Awin platform
