By joining our affiliate program, you’ll earn a commission on every qualifying sale driven through your tracked affiliate link. Ficks provides high-quality creative assets, seasonal promotions, and ongoing communication to help you maximize success.

1. Enrollment

All applications are reviewed within 48 hours. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications based on brand alignment, content quality, and compliance with our terms.

2. Prohibited Content

Your participating website(s), social channels, or ads may not contain:

Adult, obscene, defamatory, or offensive material

Content promoting illegal activity

Any infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

Malware, spyware, or unauthorized tracking code

3. Advertising & PPC Guidelines

To protect our brand integrity, the following are not permitted without written approval:

Bidding on our trademarked terms (“Ficks”, “Ficks Mixers”, “Ficks Cocktail Mix”, or any variations/misspellings)

Using our brand name in ad copy, titles, display URLs, or paid social posts

Direct linking to our website from paid search or social ads

Affiliates must ensure automated PPC tools exclude all Ficks trademarks as negative keywords.

4. Coupon and Discount Policy

We do not allow coupon, cashback, or deal aggregator sites to participate unless expressly approved.

Only official discount codes issued through the affiliate program may be shared.

Expired or non-affiliate coupons may not be promoted.

Affiliates may not imply that a user must click through their site to access standard offers (e.g., free shipping thresholds).

5. Brand Representation

Affiliates may not:

Impersonate Ficks or represent themselves as an official employee or partner.

Use any Ficks trademark in a domain name, handle, or social profile.

Copy or mirror Ficks’ website, logos, or brand creative without authorization.

We encourage affiliates to maintain their own authentic voice and disclose affiliate relationships clearly.

6. FTC Disclosure Compliance

All affiliates must comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”

Every page, post, or video containing an affiliate link must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure (e.g., “I may earn a commission on purchases made through these links.”).

Disclosures must appear above the fold or at the beginning of the caption/post.

7. Sub-Affiliates

Sub-affiliate networks must be fully transparent regarding traffic sources and sub-publisher identities. Coupon or cashback sub-affiliates are not permitted. Failure to disclose or control sub-affiliate behavior may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

8. Commission Reversals

Commissions may be reversed for:

Cancelled or returned orders

Fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referred transactions

Violation of program terms or misrepresentation of the brand

Reversals are reviewed case-by-case with open communication to maintain transparency.
