Affiliate Program Terms
1. Commission
Standard commission is 10% of net sale value (excluding VAT/sales tax, shipping, and returns).
Commissions are paid on valid, completed transactions only.
Restricted activities (e.g., brand keyword bidding) may earn a reduced commission of 20% of the standard rate (2%).
2. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid on a Net-30 basis.
Minimum payout thresholds may apply per platform rules.
Commissions will be declined on canceled, refunded, returned, duplicate, out-of-stock, fraudulent, or failed credit check orders.
3. Prohibited Activities
Paid Search: Affiliates may not bid on our brand names, trademarks, product names, or misspellings without prior written approval.
Direct Linking: Direct linking to our website from paid search ads is prohibited unless pre-approved.
Shopping Ads: Affiliates may not place shopping ads that link directly to our website unless pre-approved at adjusted commission rates.
Misrepresentation: Affiliates may not create misleading promotions, unauthorized coupons, or claim to represent Adventuretown or Fledglings’ Flight directly.
4. Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must use only approved logos, images, and creative assets provided.
Do not alter logos, colors, or messaging.
Promotions must align with our brand values: eco-friendly, educational, playful, and family-focused.
5. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure requirements, clearly labeling affiliate links (#ad, #affiliate).
Violations of these terms may result in declined commissions or removal from the program.
6. Commission Changes
Affiliates will be given at least 7 days’ notice before any standard commission reduction.
Commission rates will not be reduced more than once every 30 days.
In extraordinary circumstances, emergency adjustments may be made with notice.
