String Nix Affiliate Programme Terms
These Terms govern your participation in the String Nix Affiliate Programme. By joining the Programme you agree to the following conditions.
1. Eligibility
Participants must be aged eighteen or over.
Affiliates must maintain an active AWIN account with valid payment information.
Affiliates must not promote String Nix in any way that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or harmful to the brand.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn five percent of the net sale value. Net sale value is calculated after all discounts and excludes taxes and shipping.
Commission is generated only on completed orders that are not cancelled or returned.
3. Payment
Payments are issued monthly through the AWIN platform.
The minimum payout threshold is set by AWIN system rules.
Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any tax obligations associated with their earnings.
4. Tracking and Cookies
Sales are tracked through AWIN tracking links and cookies.
Cookie duration is thirty days.
Only sales generated through official AWIN tracking links qualify for commission.
5. Promotional Requirements
Affiliates may promote String Nix through editorial content, reviews, blogs, lifestyle sites, and social media.
All descriptions of String Nix products must be accurate. Misrepresentation of pricing, discounts, or product claims is not permitted.
Affiliates may use unique codes where provided, and must use them responsibly.
6. Paid Search Restrictions
Affiliates must not bid on String Nix brand terms or related variations in paid search advertising without written permission from String Nix.
7. Programme Restrictions
Voucher, cashback, reward, coupon aggregation, and incentive sites are not part of the initial focus for this Programme.
CSS Google Shopping activity is not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by String Nix.
8. Creative Usage
Affiliates may only use approved creative assets, banners, and text links supplied through AWIN.
Creative must not be altered, edited, repurposed, or recreated.
Affiliates must not hardcode String Nix banners into their sites because AWIN updates must take effect immediately when published.
9. I Frames and URL Masking
Affiliates must not place the String Nix website within frames.
Masked URLs or any method designed to obscure the destination of a String Nix link are prohibited.
10. Termination
String Nix may suspend or terminate an affiliate that breaches these Terms or acts in a way that harms the Programme.
Affiliates may leave the Programme at any time by notifying String Nix.
Valid commissions generated prior to termination will be paid in line with the usual schedule.
The Programme operates with a seven day closure notice period.
11. Modifications
String Nix may update these Terms when required. Continued participation confirms acceptance of any revised Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
String Nix is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, or any other indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Programme.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes arising from the Programme will fall under the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
