String Nix Affiliate Programme General Terms
These terms govern participation in the String Nix Affiliate Programme through AWIN. By joining the programme, approved partners agree to comply with these terms.
Eligibility
Partners must be 18 years or older.
Partners must have an active AWIN account with valid payment information.
Partners must not promote String Nix in any way that is illegal, offensive, misleading, inappropriate, or damaging to the brand.
String Nix reserves the right to decline or remove any partner that does not align with the brand.
Commission
Standard commission is shown in AWIN and may vary by campaign, publisher type, or agreed seasonal uplift. Commission is calculated on the net sale value, after discounts and excluding taxes and shipping.
Commission is only payable on completed, valid, non cancelled and non returned orders.
Selected publisher uplifts may be offered at the discretion of String Nix for approved editorial, seasonal, or campaign activity.
All commission rates, changes and validation are managed through the AWIN platform.
Cookie Duration
The programme operates with a 30 day cookie duration.
Only sales generated through official AWIN affiliate tracking links are eligible for commission.
Payment
Commission payments are managed through AWIN.
Minimum payout and payment timing are subject to AWIN’s standard payment process.
Partners are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on their earnings.
Promotional Guidelines
Partners may promote String Nix through approved content, websites, blogs, editorial features, shopping edits, gift guides, social media and other appropriate publisher channels.
Partners must not misrepresent String Nix products, pricing, promotions, availability, sizing, materials, packaging, sustainability credentials, or brand positioning.
Partners must not present unauthorised offers, expired offers, misleading discounts, or incorrect pricing.
Voucher, discount, cashback, CSS, Google Shopping, paid search, price comparison and incentive based activity require prior written approval from String Nix.
Partners must not bid on String Nix brand terms, misspellings, domain variations, product names, or close brand variations in paid search without prior written approval.
Creative Assets
Partners may use approved creative assets made available through AWIN or supplied directly by String Nix.
Partners must not alter, edit, distort, recolour, crop inappropriately, or add unapproved text to String Nix creative assets.
Partners must not use String Nix imagery in a misleading, explicit, offensive, overly discount led, or off brand context.
Where possible, partners should use AWIN hosted creatives so updates made through AWIN can take effect correctly.
Product Claims
Partners must only use accurate and approved product information.
String Nix organic cotton string thong underwear is currently available in six shades, Black, White, Almond, Caramel, Cinnamon and Chocolate, in sizes UK 8 to 18.
Partners must not make medical, performance, sustainability, certification, or invisibility claims beyond those provided by String Nix.
Website Framing and Masked URLs
Partners must not place the String Nix website into frames.
Partners must not use masked URLs, misleading redirects, or any method that hides the destination website from the customer.
CSS, Google Shopping and Paid Placement Activity
CSS, Google Shopping, paid search, paid social, retargeting, price comparison and similar paid placement activity may only be run with specific written permission from String Nix.
String Nix reserves the right to reject commissions generated through unauthorised paid activity.
Order Validation
Commission may be declined or adjusted where an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, duplicated, incorrectly tracked, or otherwise invalid.
String Nix reserves the right to validate transactions in line with AWIN’s standard process.
Termination
String Nix reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner that breaches these terms or acts in a way that may damage the brand.
Partners may terminate participation in the programme through AWIN.
Valid commissions earned before termination will be handled in line with AWIN’s standard payment process.
Changes to Terms
String Nix may update these terms at any time.
Partners will be notified of material changes through AWIN where required.
Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
String Nix is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of opportunity, or other indirect losses arising from participation in the programme.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By participating in the String Nix Affiliate Programme, partners agree to these terms.
