By joining the String Nix Affiliate Programme, you confirm that your website, platform and promotional activity will comply with the following:
Use of Creatives
All banners, text links, imagery and other creative assets must be used as supplied by String Nix or made available through AWIN.
Partners must not alter, distort, recolour, crop inappropriately, or add unapproved text to String Nix creative assets without prior written approval.
Where possible, partners should use AWIN hosted creatives so updates made through AWIN can take effect correctly.
Any requests to adapt creatives must be sent to hello@stringnix.com for prior approval.
Brand Representation
Partners must not suggest a partnership, endorsement, collaboration, sponsorship, or official relationship with String Nix beyond the approved affiliate relationship.
Any public statement, PR activity, or communication implying such a relationship requires prior written approval.
Appropriate Environments
Partners must not promote String Nix in environments that include, or link to, any of the following:
Illegal material
Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
Violent, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content
Content that infringes third party intellectual property rights
File sharing or peer to peer networks
Advertising Compliance
Partners must not display, publish, or link to advertising that is false, deceptive, misleading, unlawful, or likely to damage the String Nix brand.
Navigation and Technical Requirements
Masked URLs are not permitted.
Doorway pages built around searches for String Nix are not permitted.
The String Nix website must remain fully navigable using a standard browser back button.
Responsibility
Partners are solely responsible for all content, claims, promotions and materials published on their own website, platform or channel.
