Welcome to the Les Waves Affiliate Programme — we’re excited to partner with creators, storytellers, and innovators who share our love of the ocean, conscious fashion, and bold femininity.

By joining us through AWIN, you're agreeing to the following terms designed to keep things smooth, stylish, and fair for everyone involved.

1.  Commission

We offer a 15% commission on valid sales (excluding VAT, shipping, returns, and discounts).

Sales must be tracked through your unique affiliate link.

Commissions may be reversed on cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.

2. Cookie Window

Our cookie duration is 30 days.
This means you’ll earn commission on any qualifying purchase made within 30 days of your referral clicking the link — as long as no other affiliate overrides it.

3. Who Can Join

We welcome publishers and creators from all backgrounds, but to join:

You must be 18 years or older.

Your platform must align with the Les Waves ethos: empowering, inclusive, ethical, and style-led.

We reserve the right to pause or remove partnerships that conflict with our brand values.

4. What’s Not Allowed (Let’s Keep It Classy)

To protect our brand and community, please avoid:

PPC (pay-per-click) ads using Les Waves brand terms (e.g., “Les Waves,” “LesWaves swimwear”)

Using our name in your domain or social media handles

Unapproved discount codes or fake promotions

Spammy or misleading marketing

Incentivized clicks (like contests requiring clicks)

Misrepresenting who we are or what we stand for

If any of these pop up, we may need to remove you from the programme and cancel unpaid commissions.

5. Representing the Brand

You’re not just sharing links — you’re sharing a story.

Please make sure all posts, captions, and promotions are truthful and respectful.

Disclose clearly when content is sponsored or commission-earning (FTC requires this — e.g., #ad, #affiliate, #sponsored).

No offensive, political, or controversial positioning in connection with Les Waves.

6. Creative Assets

You’ll find brand-approved images, logos, and lookbooks in the Documents Tab.

Feel free to use these — but don’t modify them or create your own without permission.

Need something custom? Just reach out. We love a creative collab.

7. Payment & Processing

Payments are handled through AWIN and follow their usual payment schedule.

Make sure your account details are set up correctly to avoid delays.

Commissions are only paid once the sale is confirmed (no returns or fraud flags).

8. Ending the Partnership

We hope we’re in it for the long haul — but if either of us wants to part ways:

You can leave anytime by removing our links and letting us know.

We may remove affiliates without notice for misuse, fraud, or brand conflicts.

If removed for breach, outstanding commissions may be voided.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may occasionally update these terms to reflect programme changes.
When we do, we’ll give you 7 days’ notice via the AWIN Communication Centre before changes go live.

10. Legal Stuff

You agree to play fair and take responsibility for your promotional activity.

Les Waves is not liable for damages beyond the commission earned in the past 12 months.
