By participating in the WalterWrites.ai Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following rules:
Prohibited Advertising Practices
Affiliates may not run paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) that direct to WalterWrites.ai without written approval.
Bidding on WalterWrites.ai branded keywords or variations is strictly prohibited.
Permitted Promotion Methods
Organic content (social media posts, blog articles, YouTube videos, podcasts, etc.)
Email marketing (to opt-in lists)
Posting on owned social pages, groups, websites, or communities
Using official affiliate tracking links only.
Consequences of Violation
Immediate termination from the affiliate program.
Forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Potential legal action for damages caused by unauthorized advertising activities.
Modification of Terms
WalterWrites.ai reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
Commission Structure:
Affiliates earn a percentage-based commission on all qualifying sales.
The standard commission rate is subject to change with prior notice of 7 days.
Tracking and Attribution:
Sales are tracked via affiliate links. Affiliates are responsible for using the correct links to ensure proper attribution.
Deduplication policies apply to prevent overpayment when multiple channels contribute to the same sale.
Payment Terms:
Payments are made monthly (30-days period), with a minimum payout threshold of $20.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details to avoid delays.
Termination of Partnership:
Walter AI reserves the right to terminate partnerships that violate program terms or branding guidelines.
Affiliates will be notified of termination with a 14-day notice period.
Legal Compliance:
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR, FTC disclosure requirements, and local advertising regulations.
Transparency in disclosing affiliate relationships is mandatory.
