Walter Writes AI Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Walter Writes AI Affiliate Program!
By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions in addition to our general Terms of Service.
Please read this Affiliate Program Terms of Service carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the program.
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
Participation in the Walter Writes AI Affiliate Program is subject to approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason.
Affiliates must:
- - Be at least 18 years of age.
- - Promote Walter Writes AI in a lawful and ethical manner.
2. Prohibited Advertising Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
2.1 Brand Bidding
Affiliates may not bid on Walter Writes AI brand terms or any close variations (including misspellings) in any paid search or advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo, etc.).
This includes but is not limited to:
- “Walter Writes”
- “WalterWrites AI”
- “Walter Writez”
- Any variations, combinations, typos, or misspellings related to Walter Writes AI.
You may not bid on brand terms alone or combined with generic keywords (e.g., “best AI writer Walter Writes”).
2.2 Paid Advertising and URL Usage Restrictions
To protect our brand integrity and comply with advertising platform policies, affiliates must adhere to the following rules:
Prohibited Paid Advertising Channels
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running paid ads on:
- - Search engines (e.g., Google, Bing, Yahoo)
- - Social media ad platforms, including but not limited to:
- - Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
- - TikTok
- - Snapchat
- - LinkedIn
- - Twitter/X
This includes (but is not limited to):
- - Search ads, display ads, boosted posts, or sponsored content
- - Targeting branded keywords (e.g., “Walter Writes AI”) or competitor brand terms
- - Any paid campaign that directly or indirectly promotes Walter Writes AI
URL Restrictions
Affiliates may not use the Walter Writes AI website (https://walterwrites.ai) in any paid ad as:
- - A display URL
- - A final destination or landing page
- - A redirect, intermediary, or interstitial URL
- - An ad extension or sitelink
- - A jump page or cloaked redirect from their own site
Additionally, affiliates may not send paid traffic to their own page or site that then redirects or quickly funnels users to Walter Writes AI. This behavior is often flagged as cloaking or policy circumvention and may jeopardize our ability to advertise.
Permitted Promotion Methods (Non-Paid Only)
Affiliates are welcome to promote Walter Writes AI through organic and non-paid channels, including:
- - Organic blog articles, YouTube videos, and social media posts
- - Email marketing to permission-based, opt-in subscriber lists
- - Posts in owned websites, groups, forums, and communities
- - Including your official affiliate tracking link in non-paid promotional content
Enforcement
Violations of these paid advertising restrictions may result in:
- - Immediate termination of your affiliate account
- - Forfeiture of any pending commissions
- - Potential legal action for brand misuse
If you would like to run paid ads, you must receive prior written approval from the Walter Writes AI affiliate team.
2.3 Misleading Advertising
- You may not use false, misleading, or deceptive claims when advertising Walter Writes AI.
- You may not represent yourself as the "official site" or "official representative" of Walter Writes AI without written permission.
2.4 Unauthorized Copy Usage
- Copying, imitating, or replicating Walter Writes AI's own ad copy, branding materials, or design assets without authorization is strictly prohibited.
3. Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Walter Writes AI whenever promoting the service, as required by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and other applicable laws.
Example Disclosure:
“As an affiliate, I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link — at no extra cost to you.”
4. Commission Qualification
- Affiliates will earn commissions only on qualified sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
- Self-referrals or fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of commissions.

4.1. Prohibited Conduct: Duplicate Accounts & Self-Referral
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from creating or managing multiple affiliate accounts under different names or email addresses with the intent to self-refer or manipulate commissions.
Each individual or entity may operate only one affiliate account, and may not:
- -Use their own affiliate link to purchase a subscription for themselves or any business they control
-Register multiple accounts using different email addresses or identities
-Funnel commissions through fake referrals or known associates
Violations of this policy will result in:
-Immediate suspension of all related accounts
-Forfeiture of any pending or unpaid commissions
-Permanent removal from the affiliate program without notice
5. Compliance Monitoring
We actively monitor affiliate activities, including but not limited to:
- Paid search practices.
- Landing page content.
- Ad copy usage.
If we detect prohibited practices, we reserve the right to take immediate action.
6. Consequences of Violations
Violating any of these terms may result in:
- Immediate termination of your affiliate account.
- Forfeiture of any unpaid or pending commissions.
- Permanent disqualification from participating in the Walter Writes AI Affiliate Program.
- Legal action if necessary.
We reserve the right to enforce compliance at our sole discretion.
7. Modifications
Walter Writes AI reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Program Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
It is the affiliate’s responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed.
8. Advertising Costs and Financial Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for any and all expenses incurred while promoting Walter Writes AI. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Advertising costs (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads)
- Content creation expenses
- Paid media placements
- Influencer partnerships or sponsorships
- Software, landing page tools, or third-party services used for promotion
Walter Writes AI does not reimburse affiliates for any promotional or advertising expenditures. All marketing activities are undertaken at the affiliate’s own financial risk and discretion.
Any claims for reimbursement will be automatically denied. Repeated violation or misrepresentation of this policy may result in termination from the Walter Writes AI Affiliate Program.
9. Non-Disparagement Clause
Affiliates agree not to make any public statements, comments, or representations — online or offline — that may defame, disparage, or otherwise harm the reputation of Walter Writes AI, its team, products, or services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- False claims on social media, forums, Reddit, or review sites
- Harassing or defamatory comments in public communities
- Attempting to damage Walter Writes AI’s brand due to denied commissions, account termination, or policy enforcement
We welcome constructive feedback and open communication, but any form of malicious, dishonest, or defamatory behavior may result in:
- Immediate termination of your affiliate account
- Permanent disqualification from future participation
- Legal action in cases of defamation or reputational damage
