## **MyThesis Academy Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions**
Welcome to the MyThesis Academy Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program"). Please read this agreement carefully.
### **1\. Program Overview**
MyThesis Academy offers a 30% commission on the total value of a referred customer's first purchase of any consulting plan. The Affiliate Program operates through the Awin platform, ensuring transparent tracking and secure payouts.
### **2\. Eligibility Requirements**
To join the Affiliate Program, you must:
* Be at least 18 years of age.
* Own or operate a legitimate website, blog, or social media account that aligns with MyThesis Academy’s values.
* Comply with Awin’s terms of service.
We reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet these criteria or that we deem unsuitable.
### **3\. Commission Structure**
Affiliates will earn 30% of the total value of the referred customer’s first purchase from MyThesis Academy.
* **Commission is calculated** on the net value of the purchase (excluding taxes, discounts, and transaction fees).
* Payouts are processed via the Awin platform according to their payment schedule and terms.
* No commission will be earned for purchases made by the Affiliate or fraudulent transactions.
### **4\. Tracking and Attribution**
* Transactions are tracked using cookies provided through Awin.
* Cookies have a 30-day attribution window, meaning the Affiliate will earn a commission if the referred customer completes their purchase within 30 days of clicking the Affiliate’s link.
* Affiliates will not be credited for transactions completed outside this window or if the tracking cookie is deleted or blocked.
### **5\. Affiliate Responsibilities**
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
* Use only approved marketing materials provided by MyThesis Academy or Awin.
* Represent MyThesis Academy in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
* Avoid misleading claims or misrepresenting MyThesis Academy’s services.
* Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
* Avoid unauthorized methods of promotion, such as spam, cookie stuffing, or fraudulent traffic generation.
### **6\. Prohibited Activities**
Engaging in the following activities will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
* Promoting MyThesis Academy on adult, gambling, or illegal websites.
* Using unauthorized coupon codes or misleading promotions.
* Bidding on MyThesis Academy trademarks or branded keywords in paid advertising campaigns.
### **7\. Termination**
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination:
* Affiliates will no longer have access to promotional materials or tracking links.
* Commissions will only be paid for valid transactions completed prior to termination.
### **8\. Intellectual Property**
Affiliates may use MyThesis Academy trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Affiliate Program. Any unauthorized use of intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
### **9\. Liability Limitations**
MyThesis Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.
### **10\. Governing Law**
This agreement is governed by the laws of United States, New Mexico, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of United States, New Mexico.
### **11\. Changes to Terms**
