MyThesis Academy Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the MyThesis Academy Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”).
By joining our Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which govern your participation.
Please read this agreement carefully.
1. Program Overview
MyThesis Academy offers a 20% commission on the total value of a referred customer’s first purchase of any consulting plan.
The Affiliate Program operates through the Awin platform, ensuring transparent tracking and secure payouts.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To join the Affiliate Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Own or operate a legitimate website, blog, or social media account aligned with MyThesis Academy’s values
Comply with Awin’s terms of service
We reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet these criteria or that we deem unsuitable.
3. Commission Structure
Earn 20% of the total value of the referred customer’s first purchase
Commission is calculated on the net value (excluding taxes, discounts, and transaction fees)
Payouts are processed via Awin, according to their payment schedule and terms
No commission for self-purchases or fraudulent transactions
4. Tracking and Attribution
Transactions are tracked using Awin cookies
30-day attribution window: earn commission if the customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your link
No credit for transactions outside this window or if the tracking cookie is deleted/blocked
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
Use only approved marketing materials from MyThesis Academy or Awin
Represent MyThesis Academy honestly, ethically, and professionally
Avoid misleading claims or misrepresentations
Comply with all applicable laws (including GDPR and CAN-SPAM)
Avoid unauthorized promotion methods (spam, cookie stuffing, fraudulent traffic, etc.)
6. Prohibited Activities
Engaging in the following will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
Promoting MyThesis Academy on adult, gambling, or illegal websites
Using unauthorized coupon codes or misleading promotions
Bidding on MyThesis Academy trademarks or branded keywords in paid ads
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.
Upon termination:
Affiliates lose access to promotional materials and tracking links
Commissions are paid only for valid transactions completed prior to termination
8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use MyThesis Academy trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for promoting the Affiliate Program.
Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Liability Limitations
MyThesis Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.
All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
By joining the MyThesis Academy Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to act in good faith to promote our services.
