4. Commission by Publisher Types
While most publishers earn our standard commission, rates are strategically adjusted for certain publisher types based on their typical audience intent, conversion quality, and incremental value to our brand. This ensures a fair and sustainable partnership ecosystem.
We offer higher commission rates for selected publisher types that demonstrate stronger incremental value and influence earlier stages of the user purchase journey. These include, but are not limited to: Content Creators & Influencers, Editorial Content publishers, Communities & User-Generated Content, Lead Generation publishers, etc.
The commission rate for direct traffic publishers like overlay-based ones is set at a lower level.
Commissions will only be awarded where the publisher demonstrably provides incremental value and meaningfully influences the customer's purchase decision.
The advertiser may withhold or reverse commissions where traffic is deemed non-incremental, including but not limited to situations where:
-The customer has previously visited the advertiser's website directly prior to the publisher's click;
-Multiple direct visits occurred over a short period before conversion;
-The publisher interaction occurred late in the checkout or payment process.
