General Terms & Conditions for Publishers
Welcome to the Surebeauty Affiliate Program. By applying to and/or joining our program, you agree to abide by the following general terms and conditions (Overlay-Based Publishers, please refer to the policy specified at the bottom.). Please note that this programme operates with a 7-day closure notice period.
1. Publisher Benefits
Once approved for the Surebeauty Affiliate Program, you’ll unlock a full suite of tools designed to maximize your promotional success, including:
-Eye-catching banners in a wide range of sizes;
-Customizable text links and copy for effortless integration;
-Exclusive seasonal promotions and special offers;
-Tiered discount codes to drive higher conversions;
-Automatically sync product feeds to keep your content up-to-date.
2. Commission Structure and Rates
Our performance-based commission system is built to reward your growth and maximize your earnings. With multiple tiers, you’ll enjoy higher payouts as you drive more value.

3. Validation Process & Period
Commissions are considered valid and payable only after verifying that:
-The order has not been canceled or returned;
-The customer's payment was successfully processed;
-The order is not a duplicate;
-No terms and conditions have been breached.
To account for delivery and potential returns, the automatic validation period is set at 45 days, which includes the standard 30-day return window (counts when a client receives the product). However, once all sale criteria are met, we manually validate commissions for early approval, meaning most payments are processed well before the 45-day mark.
4. Statement of Consequences
Surebeauty maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of fraudulent or non-compliant activity. Violations—including but not limited to brand bidding—will result in:
-Reversal of commissions;
-Suspension from the program;
-Permanent termination and banning from future participation.
5. Voucher Codes Policy
Publishers are permitted to use only the following types of voucher codes:
-Codes officially published in the My Offers section of the Awin platform;
-Generic discount codes displayed on the Surebeauty website;
-Exclusive codes provided through collaborations with Surebeauty influencers.
6. Cookie Period
The standard cookie tracking period for this program is 30 days. However, depending on the publisher type and integration method, this period may vary; for example, overlay-based publishers may have a shorter window (1 to 3 days from the last click), while some content-focused partners may enjoy an extended attribution window of up to 60 days.
