All affiliates who apply to the Boux Avenue affiliate programme will be reviewed prior to a decision being reached. To maximise your chance of being accepted, please clearly express your relevance and value to the Boux Avenue programme in your application and only list the URL/URLs that you plan to feature Boux Avenue on. Any approvals apply only to the URLs provided at the time of application.
Affiliates are not permitted to promote affiliate links on any sites or pages maintained or owned by Boux Avenue unless there is a specific agreement in place. This includes the Boux Avenue Facebook page.
PPC Policy:
All publishers are prohibited from promoting the Boux Avenue programme through paid search unless they have a written agreement stating otherwise. This includes Google, MSN, Yahoo and any other paid search activity. Publishers found promoting the program in this way, particularly if they are using the display URL and/or bidding on Boux Avenue brand terms, risk being removed from the program and having commissions reversed. Publishers are required to apply an appropriate negative match to prevent any broad matching incident.
We request that affiliates do not bid on the trademark ‘Boux Avenue, 'Boux Ave', or any other variations or misspellings of the name. We also request that affiliates do not use the URL ‘www.bouxavenue.com'. Direct linking is not allowed.
