Your Co-op is part of The Midcounties Co-operative and are the only Co-op utilities provider in the UK offering; broadband, phone and mobile services to residential and business customers.

Being co-operative means we are, owned by our members and run for the benefit of our customers.
Our vision as part of the Your Co-op - The Midcounties Co-operative is to be a commercially successful, consumer co-operative working towards creating a better, fairer world for all. We also aim to help tackle the issue of climate change and have a commitment to work towards a net zero target by 2050.

As a co-op our commitment is to a fairer, better world!
At You Co-op Mobile and Broadband, we’re working hard at how we can reduce the impact of broadband and mobile by creating a low carbon alternative in partnership with climate activists, Ecologi.

In the medium term this requires us to switch to full fibre broadband, something that’s not possible for everyone today as the new full fibre infrastructure gets rolled out in the UK. And with our SIM only plans you can keep your old phone for longer or switch to a Fairphone, a phone that is designed to last, with fair and recycled materials. Our work with Ecologi offsets emissions through verified carbon credits, and also supports the planting of trees around the world.

Every month Your Co-op will fund projects to offset 10kg of our broadband and mobile customers' carbon footprint . That continues for as long as you use our services, so a typical 24 broadband month contract will see us offset the equivalent of 120 CO2 fire extinguishers! We also plant trees each month for our customers which will contribute to future decarbonisation when the trees mature in 10-20 years time.
