Validations: Cloud Nine operates a 45-day returns period. To allow for the processing of returns, all commissions will be validated after 50 days. Cloud Nine reserves the right to decline commission on any returned goods.

FAQ's
- Commission is not paid on delivery costs or gift voucher sales.
We are now making it a mandatory requirement that all transactions must be traced back to the originating publisher within your network. This can be done by either:
- Populating the partner’s URL in the clickref field, or
- Providing referring URLs in the Publisher URL field for each transaction
Please note:
- This change must be implemented before 31st May 2026
- If you are unable to meet this requirement, we will have to remove you from the programme.
- Any sales without the required click reference data after this deadline will be declined.
