Hi! We're Honest Mobile. The sim-only mobile network, built for people and the planet.
Honest was born out of frustration from mobile networks not doing right by their members and by the planet. Here's how we've built something different:
- We're the UK's first carbon-negative network. That means we double offset the carbon footprint associated with our user's phones. This includes everything from manufacturing, to charging and using data.
- We donate 1% of members' bills to reforestation projects.
- We reward our member's loyalty with a reduced bill every month up to 30% off their original bill. No price hikes.
- We tell our members when they should switch plan and save money through smart notifications.
- Members can manage everything from the Honest app. Change plan, see how many trees you've planted and see how much data you've used.
- Members get customer support in seconds from real humans in our app. We normally reply in under 30 seconds.
