These terms and conditions together with the AWIN Partner Terms and Conditions sets out the terms and conditions of your participation in the Honest Mobile Affiliate Programme.
1 Honest Mobile Campaign Elements. The Affiliate agrees to use the Honest Mobile campaign elements only on the Affiliate Platform (website, social channels, newsletter managed by the Affiliate) and only in relation to the AWIN tracking link. The affiliate must not modify the Honest Mobile campaigns or use them to create its own content (unless expressly permitted in writing by Honest Mobile).
2 Content and Promotional Material. The Affiliate must submit all content and promotional material which it has created and proposes to use in connection with (including promotion of) the AWIN tracking links on the Affiliate Platform / website to Honest Mobile for prior approval. Honest Mobile must review this content within a reasonable time (being no longer than five working days) and must not unreasonably refuse or delay approval. The affiliate must not use any content or promotional material which Honest Mobile has not approved.
3 Acceptable Use Policy. The Affiliate must not use the Affiliate Platform / Website, including the Affiliate Links, or any other media in its control: (a) in a manner which is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; (b) to generate artificial traffic to the Honest Mobile Website, such that user numbers are higher than they should be; (c) to utilise a checkout code obtained through, or otherwise refer to, another Honest Mobile referral program (including the refer-a- friend scheme) in conjunction with the Affiliate Link; (d) bidding on brand related keywords within paid search, or any other third party advertising system based on keywords, without Honest Mobile’s prior approval. If Honest Mobile discovers that the Affiliate has breached paragraphs (b), (c) or (d) above, Honest Mobile may terminate this agreement with immediate effect by giving notice to the Affiliate and the Affiliate must promptly refund all Payouts paid to it, and waive all Payouts owed to it as at the date of termination (as appropriate), by Honest Mobile in respect of such unauthorised use.
4 Updates to the terms and conditions. Honest Mobile may update these terms and conditions from time to time by publishing a new version on the AWIN Platform. Honest Mobile will notify the affiliates in advance of updates via a suitable method. The affiliate’s continued participation in the Honest Mobile Affiliate Programme after the date of any such update constitutes the affiliate’s acceptance to be bound by the updated terms. If the Affiliate does not agree with any proposed update to these terms, the affiliate must notify Honest Mobile and remove any affiliate Links from their Affiliate Platform / Website.
