We at 4G Internet offer two types of 4G broadband set-up option for our customers.

ROUTER ONLY

The first is our best value "Router Only" set-up. This is what we recommend for customers located in strong 4G signal areas and it is deployable in 48 hours from start to finish.

With our "Router Only" option, we send out a top-specification 4G router, together with an activated SIM card. It is a very quick and easy process for the customer to set this up himself and full step-by-step instructions are included.

The one-off up-front cost of our "Router Only" option is £99.00 inc VAT and it it is this amount that publisher commission is paid against.   

FULL INSTALLATION

The second is our "Full Installation" option. This is what we advise for customers if they are located in an area with weaker or more flaky 4G signal. It's also the option that customers should select, if they want to ensure the maximum possible 4G broadband performance at their particular location.

With our "Full Installation" option, we again send out a top-specification 4G router, together with an activated SIM card, but we also include a high gain directional external 4G antenna and mounting bracket. We then arrange for one of our engineers to visit the customer's premises at a convenient time to fit and precisely align the external antenna, cable it up to the 4G router and ensure the system is active and operating at best possible performance levels.

Again deployment is a very speedy process, typically taking within 10 days from start to finish.

The one-off up-front cost of our "Full Installation" option is £399.00 inc VAT and it it is this amount that publisher commission is paid against.   

GENERAL INFORMATION

In both cases, the ongoing monthly fee for our truly unlimited 4G broadband services is separately collected via Direct Debit.

The minimum contract term for the customer is 12 months and the monthly pricing is identical, regardless of set-up option chosen.

Commissions are not paid against the value of any monthly subscription payments received from the customer.

Payment of commissions will be declined if:-

  • The customer cancels the service within the first 21 days from activation
  • The installation is unsuccessful and cannot deliver adequate broadband speeds
