About Us
It all started with a fiver. That’s all Mr. Robert Dyas had to invest in his new business back in the 1870s. After opening up his first store in London in 1872, the man from County Meath in Ireland went on to expand his retail enterprise with 18 shops right across the south of England.
In 2012, the Robert Dyas brand was bought by Theo Paphitis, one of Britain’s most successful entrepreneurs and star of the BBC’s hit television programme Dragons’ Den. Under his stewardship, the company aims to continue its tradition of providing quality solution-based products for the home and garden.
Today there are nearly 100 Robert Dyas stores – and having survived two world wars, economic depression, and a fire that destroyed the head office and warehouse in 1997, the brand is now one of the most trusted and respected in the United Kingdom.
With over 40,000 products in stock online across electricals, gardening, tech, furniture, and homewares, Robert Dyas offers everything customers could need for their home and garden.
The Commission
Robert Dyas offers a 1% base rate commission for sales. Commissions are paid on the basket value of the full order once VAT, discounts, and delivery have been removed.
There is flexibility for this rate to be increased for additional exposure. Higher commission rates will be paid as per the above terms unless the sale generated is found not to be a last click sale against other channels. Where the sale is not a last click conversion or an authorised voucher code is used, the rate will default to the base rate of 1%.
Sales will not be eligible for commission for the following reasons:
- If the sale is not fully completed online
- If an additional discount is applied e.g. staff, student or services discount
- If you purchase gift vouchers
Validations & Payment
Sales will be validated on a monthly basis, one month in arrears
Voucher Code Usage
Affiliates on the Robert Dyas programme are not permitted to use any voucher codes that have not been explicitly stated as suitable for affiliate use. Occasionally, Robert Dyas will offer voucher codes to customers via other advertising channels - including catalogue drops, and direct email campaigns, or have these codes available on their site.
All affiliates should take care not to promote these unauthorised codes in any manner on their websites - otherwise, this will result in commissions being declined for the affected sales where these unauthorised codes are found to have been used. In some cases, you may also be removed from the program.
Affiliates should also not promote voucher codes which have been given for exclusive use to specific affiliates and sites. Where these are used, no commissions will be paid except to the affiliate to whom the voucher code has been released. Where an authorised voucher code has been used, the commission will be reduced to 1%.
