We have one of the biggest online ranges for: Womenswear, Lingerie, Beauty, Menswear, Kidswear, Home & Furniture, Wine, Flowers, Food, Gifts and we are now expanding further with our branded ranges.
We launched Plan A in January 2007, setting out 100 commitments to achieve in 5 years. We've now introduced Plan A 2025 which consists of new, revised and existing commitments, with the ultimate goal of becoming the world's most sustainable major retailer.

The M&S feed is run via Goldenfeeds. This is made available through your AWIN account as well as via the EasyFeed Platform - http://easyfeed.goldenfeeds.com
Affiliates are required to fill out log in details before being provided access to the Easyfeed platform. If you have any questions regarding the M&S feed, please feel free to get in touch with the M&S Account Manager or email Goldenfeeds at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We process publisher applications on a weekly basis and aim to either accept or decline an application within 14 days of the application date, therefore if you have not received a response after 14 days of applying then please do let us know.
Incentive publishers joining the M&S programme will be placed on a 7 day cookie window.
Commission will not be paid on the following products: Made to Measure Shirts, M&S Energy, Gift Cards/Gift Vouchers, Personalised Cards, Catalogues, Gift Experiences and any M&S Bank related products (M&S Money, M&S Travel Money, M&S Travel Insurance).
M&S do not pay commission on VAT, therefore the revenue tracked within the AWIN interface will show total price minus VAT.
M&S validations are processed on a bi-weekly basis. From 4th October 2020 to 1st February 2021 an extended returns period (approx. 123 days) will run and thereafter will return to 30 days as per usual. Furthermore TQ’s that are raised 6 months after the order date will be deemed invalid and declined.
For the peak period of sale commissions will be lowered to 2% for all incentive partners.
Additionally for the peak period of F&F (M&S’ 20% off sparks event) all base cashback rates will be lowered to 1% for existing customers.
Affiliates must raise any queries over missing tenancies, bonuses or transactions with Awin and/or M&S within 6 months of the transaction date or start of the tenancy period. Any queries raised after this time will not be paid out.
