We’re a bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Bend, Oregon, crafting small-batch chocolate from scratch using thoughtfully sourced cacao and just a few ingredients. Using a San Franciscan roaster and a focus on precision, we bring out each origin’s distinct flavor, meant to be tasted like wine, shaped by where it’s grown, how it’s fermented, and how it’s roasted.
