Cloqu Affiliate Program – Commissions & Performance Incentives1. Standard Commission
Affiliates earn a 30% commission on all qualified initial paid subscriptions generated through their unique Awin affiliate link.
Qualified subscriptions are those that:
Are paid with a valid billing method
Remain active for a minimum of 30 days
Are not refunded or charged back
Are new to the Cloqu platform
All commissions are processed via the Awin network according to their standard payment schedules and thresholds.
2. Performance-Based Commission Enhancements
Cloqu may reward high-performing affiliates with additional commission tiers based on volume and retention.
50+ Qualified Paid Signups: Eligible affiliates may receive an additional 10% commission on qualifying subscriptions, increasing total commission to 40%.
100+ Qualified Paid Signups: Eligible affiliates may receive an additional 10% commission on subscriptions above the initial 50, increasing total commission on high-volume signups up to 50%.
Enhanced commission tiers are subject to validation of signups and traffic quality, and are offered at Cloqu’s discretion.
3. Marketing Partnership Opportunities
Affiliates who achieve 100 or more qualified paid signups and maintain strong retention performance may be considered for the Cloqu Marketing Partnership Program, which is selective and discretionary.
Potential benefits may include:
Optional 10% recurring subscription commission on referred users
Co-branded landing pages
Joint webinars or marketing campaigns
Early access to new features
Priority partner support
Participation in Marketing Partnerships is not guaranteed and is awarded at Cloqu’s sole discretion based on traffic quality, retention, and strategic alignment.
4. General Notes
Only validated, qualified subscriptions count toward commission tiers and bonus eligibility.
Cloqu reserves the right to adjust commission structures, bonus tiers, or partnership programs at any time.
Any enhanced commissions or partnership opportunities are discretionary and may be modified, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.
Cloqu is operated by Botli LLC and has the ability to edit these commissions and terms.
