At Incador, we create 18ct gold jewellery exclusively from discarded electronics, giving old technology a new life as designer jewellery. Each piece is delivered with its own jewellery passport, transparently detailing the batch of electronics its gold was recovered from.
In 2024, my sister and I, both engineers, were naive enough to start our fine jewellery brand. Having worked in the recycling sector, I saw firsthand the scale of the electronic waste crisis. Every year, over 62 million tonnes of e-waste is generated globally, containing billions of pounds’ worth of precious metals that more than often, ends up in landfills. We thought this was the perfect opportunity to spread an important message.
In 2025, we launched Tech for Treasure, our circular initiative in collaboration with UCL, encouraging students to “don’t bin it, bank it.” The program promotes responsible recycling while nurturing awareness of where materials go after the bin and how they can be reborn as something beautiful, meaningful, and timeless.
As part of our affiliate programme, we’re offering 5% commission on all referred sales, empowering our partners to grow with us as we expand our circular mission. Staying true to our name, Incador also donates 1% of profits to support artisanal and small-scale mining (ASM) communities in Peru, helping create a fairer and more sustainable future for the people behind the gold industry.
