Commission Eligibility
Commission is paid on verified sales only, excluding VAT, shipping, gift wrapping, and returns. Cancelled or refunded orders are not commissionable.

Brand Representation
Affiliates must accurately represent Incador and may not use misleading claims, unauthorised discount codes, or promote the brand alongside inappropriate or unrelated content.

Paid Search Policy
Bidding on brand keywords or close variations (e.g. “Incador”, “Incador Jewellery”) is strictly prohibited. Generic terms (e.g. “ethical fine jewellery”) are permitted.

Creative Assets
Only official Incador logos, product imagery and approved copy may be used. Assets must not be modified or used in ways that misrepresent the brand.

Commission Reversal
Incador reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, misuse, breach of these terms, or violation of PPC and brand policies.

Termination
Incador may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time where activity is found to conflict with our brand guidelines or ethical standards.
