Incador

Terms and Conditions

1. Brand Representation

Affiliates must present Incador accurately and in line with our brand values of sustainability, transparency, and luxury craftsmanship.

Always refer to the brand as Incador (capitalised, no variations unless explicitly approved).

Do not alter, shorten, or stylise the brand name in any way.

Affiliates must not create social media handles, websites, or domains containing “Incador” or close variations (e.g. incadorjewels.com, shopincador.co.uk).

2. Tone and Messaging

Messaging should reflect Incador’s luxury and ethical identity - elegant, responsible, and inspiring.

Avoid using phrases such as “cheap”, “discount”, “budget”, or anything that undermines the brand’s premium positioning.

Do not use misleading claims (e.g. “official partner” or “exclusive distributor”) unless approved in writing.

All communications should respect the brand’s sustainability message: Incador creates 18ct gold jewellery from recycled electronics, not through traditional large scale mining.

3. Imagery and Creative Assets

Only use official brand approved images, logos, and product photos supplied by Incador or from our official channels.

You may resize but not edit, recolour, crop to remove branding, or overlay text or graphics on official imagery without written consent.

Product photography must remain true to life - no filters or modifications that alter metal or gemstone colours.

4. Logos and Trademarks

Logos must not be stretched, recoloured, distorted, or placed on backgrounds that affect readability.

Use sufficient spacing around the logo (minimum height of the “I” in Incador).

Never combine Incador’s logo with another brand or affiliate logo.

5. Advertising and Copy Approval

All paid advertisements (Google, Meta, Pinterest, etc.) that include the Incador brand name or reference our campaigns must receive prior written approval.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising regulations (e.g. ASA, CAP Code, FTC guidelines for influencer disclosure).

All sponsored or affiliate content must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship (e.g. “This post contains affiliate links”).

6. Social Media Use

You may tag or mention @IncadorJewellery on Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn where relevant.

Do not impersonate the brand or create social accounts using the Incador name.

All posts must maintain a respectful tone consistent with Incador’s image - avoid controversial or unrelated topics.

7. Discount and Promotion Codes

Affiliates may not create or distribute discount codes unless these are officially issued by Incador.

Expired or unauthorised codes must be removed promptly to avoid misleading customers.

8. Breach of Policy

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in:

Commission being withheld or reversed for affected transactions, and/or

Removal from the Incador Affiliate Programme without prior notice.
