Where cashback referrals are seen to come indirect via other websites e.g. via paid advertising on Search Engines, claims will be rejected. Please make this clear in the terms & conditions you post on your cashback site as we get a lot of queries from customers who are not aware of this condition.
Q: Sometimes my commission claims are rejected. Why is this? A: Please refer to our programme Terms & Conditions in the first instance. In summary, the main reasons for commissions being declined are: - an incorrect or missing order number (so we can't trace & verify a transaction); - a marketing spend e.g Paid Search, Banner Advertising, Partner Commission or ad payment in another channel - has already been attributed to a transaction (for clarity and transparency we attribute on a last click basis); - a claim being made against the wrong Dulux affiliate programme - Dulux orders (retail programme #12009) have the prefix 'GB' whereas Dulux Decorator Centre orders (trade programme #16263) have the prefix 'SO'
