OLEADA Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Participation
By participating in the OLEADA Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. OLEADA reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any affiliate at its sole discretion.
2. Compliance & Disclosure
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all promotional activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with OLEADA in accordance with FTC guidelines and any other applicable disclosure requirements.
3. Approved Promotional Activities
Affiliates may promote OLEADA through approved websites, blogs, social media channels, email newsletters, and other approved marketing methods.
All promotional content must be accurate and must not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or damaging claims regarding OLEADA, its products, or its services.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Use of bots, automated traffic, website scraping, malware, adware, spyware, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any fraudulent methods.
- Unsolicited email marketing (spam).
- Impersonating OLEADA or representing oneself as an employee, representative, or official partner of OLEADA.
- Publishing misleading promotions, pricing, offers, or discount information.
- Allowing members of the public to submit or publish voucher codes or promotional offers on affiliate websites.
5. Paid Search Policy
Affiliates may not bid on OLEADA trademarks, brand names, misspellings, or branded search terms in any paid search platform, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search advertising networks.
This restriction applies to exact match, phrase match, broad match, and similar keyword targeting methods.
6. Voucher Code Policy
Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that have been officially provided or approved through the OLEADA Affiliate Program.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Promoting unauthorized voucher codes.
- Promoting voucher codes obtained from third-party sources.
- Promoting expired voucher codes.
- Creating, modifying, misrepresenting, or falsifying voucher codes.
OLEADA reserves the right to reject or reverse commissions generated through unauthorized voucher code usage.
Repeated violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program.
7. Commission Eligibility
Commissions are payable only on valid and completed customer transactions.
OLEADA reserves the right to reject, withhold, or reverse commissions resulting from:
- Returns or refunds
- Chargebacks
- Fraudulent transactions
- Duplicate orders
- Wholesale purchases
- Employee purchases
- Self-referrals
- Unauthorized promotional methods
- Voucher code violations
- Any transaction deemed ineligible by OLEADA
8. Self-Referral Policy
Affiliates may not earn commissions on purchases made by themselves, their employees, immediate family members, or any person acting on their behalf.
9. Program Modifications
OLEADA reserves the right to modify commission rates, promotional guidelines, voucher code policies, attribution rules, or any other aspect of the Affiliate Program at any time.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
10. Suspension & Termination
OLEADA reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or remove any affiliate from the program for violations of these Terms & Conditions or for any activity deemed harmful to OLEADA's brand, customers, or affiliate program.
11. Inactive Accounts
OLEADA reserves the right to remove affiliates that have generated no meaningful activity for six (6) consecutive months.
12. Awin Voucher Attribution
Creator-assigned voucher codes take precedence over affiliate click attribution. Where a purchase is completed using a creator-specific voucher code, OLEADA reserves the right to attribute the sale to the creator associated with that code, regardless of any subsequent affiliate clicks or referral activity.
