Program Terms

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Partnership Agreement
    By participating in the OLEADA affiliate program, partners agree to adhere to all terms outlined herein. Any breaches may result in the decline of all relevant commissions and potential removal from the program.
     
  2. Compliance with Regulations
    Partners are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with relevant regulations and guidance from regulatory bodies.
     
  3. Disclosure of Monetization
    Partners must inform their audience that their content is monetized and that they may receive a commission payment if a customer makes a purchase.
     
  4. Prohibited Practices
    Partners must not use bots, website scrapers, malicious software, or any illegal methods of any kind and scams to generate engagement.
     
  5. Legitimate Transactions
    Commissions are payable only on legitimate transactions. Wholesale purchases may not be eligible for commission payments.
     
  6. Negative Matching
    Partners must negatively match against brands in any paid search activity. Programmatic, paid activity and ad mix must be consistent.
     
  7. Positive Representation
    Partners agree to present OLEADA in a positive manner where reasonable. 
     
  8. Public Contributions
    Partners may not allow members of the public to contribute discount codes or other promotions on their websites.
     
  9. Credit Attribution
  • Publisher A commissionable link used, no code used, or public code on the official website used = Credit Publisher A
  • Publisher A commissionable link used, Influencer/Creator B exclusive code used = Credit Publisher B


By participating in the OLEADA affiliate program, partners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.
