Affiliates must represent the Busy Baby brand accurately and in a manner consistent with our values. The following rules apply:
Mission Statement: We exist to make it easier for parents to get things done and enjoy life with their
babies by eliminating the common hassles of mealtime and everyday adventures, so everyone can enjoy the moments more.
Use of Trademarks & Brand Name
Affiliates may only use “Busy Baby®” and our product names in accordance with these guidelines.
Modifying, abbreviating, or misspelling our brand name (e.g., BusyBaby, Buzzy Baby, BusyBabies) is prohibited.
Affiliates may not register domain names, social media handles, or ad accounts containing our brand name or any confusingly similar variations.
Logos & Creative Assets
Affiliates may only use official logos, banners, and images provided by Busy Baby or available in the affiliate platform.
Altering our logos or product images is prohibited (no stretching, recoloring, or removing marks).
If custom creatives are needed, affiliates must request approval before use.
Messaging & Content
Product claims must be factual and consistent with Busy Baby’s official product descriptions.
Affiliates may not create false, misleading, or unverified claims about Busy Baby products.
Affiliates may not portray Busy Baby in a way that could damage our reputation (e.g., offensive, political, or controversial placements).
Paid Search & PPC
Bidding on Busy Baby’s brand name, trademarks, product names, or close variations is strictly prohibited.
Using Busy Baby’s brand name in ad copy, titles, or display URLs is prohibited without written approval.
Coupons & Discounts
Only promotions and discount codes supplied or approved by Busy Baby may be advertised.
Promotion of “fake” or expired coupon codes is prohibited.
Email & Social Media Marketing
Emails must not appear to come from Busy Baby.
Social media promotions must clearly identify you as an affiliate partner (FTC compliance).
No paid social ads may use Busy Baby’s brand name or logo without prior written consent.
FTC & Legal Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising regulations, including the FTC’s endorsement guidelines.
All sponsored posts must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship (e.g., “#ad,” “#BusyBabyPartner”).
Violation of these Brand Guidelines may result in commission reversal and/or removal from the Busy Baby Affiliate Program.
