General Program Terms
By participating in the Sheec Partner Program, publishers agree
to the following terms. Violations may result in commission
reversal, account suspension, and removal from the program
without notice.
1. BRAND PROTECTION
Publishers may not bid on, purchase, or use as part of any
search, social, or display advertising the following terms or
any variation, misspelling, alternate spacing, or compound
phrase containing them:
- Sheec
- Sheec Socks
- sheecsocks.com
- Sheec + coupon, code, promo, promotional, discount, deal,
sale, voucher, offer
- Any misspelling or visual variant (e.g., Sheek, Sheic,
Sheecsocks, Sheec-socks)
2. DOMAIN AND BRAND IMPERSONATION
Publishers may not register, use, or direct traffic from
domains containing "sheec" or visually similar variants.
3. PROMOTIONAL CODES
Publishers may only display, distribute, or reference
promotional codes that have been explicitly issued to them by
Sheec. Use of codes intended for other channels (email,
loyalty, influencer, retail) is prohibited and will result
in commission reversal.
4. BROWSER EXTENSIONS AND CODE INJECTION
Publishers operating browser extensions, toolbars, or overlay
technology that inject affiliate links, replace cookies, or
appear during checkout are not permitted without prior written
approval.
5. SUB-AFFILIATION AND TRAFFIC RESALE
Publishers may not resell, broker, or sub-affiliate Sheec
program access without explicit written approval from Sheec.
6. INCENTIVIZED TRAFFIC
Publishers may not generate clicks or sales through paid-to-
click programs, cashback offers exceeding the commission rate,
or any incentive that creates artificial traffic.
7. PROHIBITED PLACEMENTS
The Sheec program may not be promoted on sites containing
adult content, hate speech, pirated content, or content that
infringes third-party intellectual property.
8. ATTRIBUTION AND DE-DUPLICATION
Sales generated through publisher activity that overlaps with
Sheec's brand PPC, retargeting, email marketing, or direct
partnership campaigns will be de-duplicated and commission
removed. Refer to the De-Duplication tab for details.
9. ENFORCEMENT
Sheec reserves the right to reverse commissions, suspend, or
terminate publisher accounts for violations of these terms,
with or without prior notice depending on severity.
