Helmm Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Helmm Affiliate Program! These terms outline how we work with our partners to share our mission of creating sustainable, high-performance deodorant and grooming essentials. By joining the program, you agree to follow these guidelines designed to keep things clear, fair, and brand-safe.
1. Overview
Helmm’s Affiliate Program rewards partners who promote Helmm through approved links and creative assets. Our goal is to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that reflect our values of craftsmanship, sustainability, and modern design.
2. Commissions
Standard commissions are 10% of net product sales generated through your unique affiliate link. Commissions exclude tax, shipping, credit card fees, and returned or canceled orders. Payments are handled through our affiliate network on its regular schedule. Helmm may adjust standard rates with at least 7 days’ notice, but not by more than 20% at a time.
3. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates agree to promote Helmm responsibly. Please ensure all placements and content reflect Helmm’s brand values. The following are not permitted:
- • Misleading or spam-based promotions
- • Unauthorized coupons, discounts, or offers
- • Cashback, loyalty, or media broker activity without approval
- • Use of Helmm imagery or creative assets outside of approved materials
4. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
Affiliates may run non-branded PPC campaigns targeting generic keywords such as 'refillable deodorant' or 'eco-friendly deodorant'. Bidding on Helmm brand terms or variations (e.g., 'Helmm deodorant', 'Helmm review', 'Helmm subscription') is not allowed. Direct linking from paid search ads to Helmm.com is also prohibited. 5. Termination and Updates
Either party may end participation in the program with 14 days’ written notice. Helmm may immediately suspend or terminate affiliates found to engage in fraud, policy violations, or activities that harm the brand. Program terms may be updated with at least 7 days’ notice via the affiliate network.
6. Legal
Affiliates act as independent contractors and not as employees or agents of Helmm. Helmm is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Participation in the program indicates acceptance of these terms.
