General Program Terms & Conditions
Participation in the MyKIERIN Affiliate Program (“Program”) for KIERIN Fragrances is subject to these legally binding terms, managed by KIERIN Holdings LLC.
The following policies apply in addition to the program’s content-first partnership requirements outlined in the Overview.
1. Commission & Eligibility
KIERIN operates a performance-based commission model designed to reward partners who actively create content and drive conversions:
- Standard New Partners: 15% or 20%, depending on reach, traffic, engagement and brand fit
- High Performers: 25%
- Consistent High Performers: 30%
- Leader Board: 35%
- Tier placement is discretionary and based on traffic quality, engagement, sales performance and brand fit. Tier eligibility is determined quarterly and may move up or down. Partners may enter at one tier based on KIERIN's discretion and performance expectations and, based on actual performance evaluated quarterly, move down tiers or up tiers. Partners may also be removed (monthly) from the KIERIN program for inactivity.
- Free Product Support: First $50 in verified sales = two samples (2ml) free; First $150 in verified sales = one Discovery Set or 10ml free; First $500 in verified sales = one 50ml bottle free; Over $1,000 = Customized/TBD.
- All Partners are automatically eligible for WHOLESALE pricing and authorized to resell KIERIN products in their own stores. HOWEVER, discounting KIERIN by 20%+ off MFSR shall disqualify partners from future eligibility.
- Net Sales Basis – Commissions are calculated on gross sales minus shipping, taxes, discounts, returns, chargebacks, and cancellations.
- 30-Day Holding Period – Payment timelines are subject to review for fraud detection and compliance.
- Eligibility for Special Support – Sampling or product seeding is available at KIERIN's discretion to partners who demonstrate active content creation and audience engagement, regardless of tier.
- We do not accept most coupon, loyalty, cashback, platforms, deal partners. For the few that we do, the commission is 5%-10% generally.
2. Trademark & PPC Restrictions
- All fragrance names, the Program name (“KIERIN”), slogans, and brand marks are registered trademarks.
- Prohibited Without Approval:
- Bidding on trademarked terms, slogans, fragrance names, or variations/misspellings
- Using trademarks in ad copy, headlines, URLs, or metadata
- Registering domains containing KIERIN trademarks
- Allowed: Generic keyword campaigns (e.g., “niche perfume,” “luxury fragrance”) without trademark use
- All trademark terms must be added to negative keyword lists.
- Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the Program.
3. Traffic & Partner Policy
KIERIN is a content-first affiliate program. We prioritize partners who actively create original content and influence purchasing decisions.
The following type partners are generally not a fit for our program and acceptance is extremely limited:
- Coupon or discount code sites
- Browser extensions or toolbars
- Cashback or loyalty platforms
- Sub-networks without approval
- Incentivized or non-content-driven traffic
- Accounts that do not generate original content or meaningful traffic may be removed.
4. PPC Policy Definition Table

- Ads on brand name + generic terms eligible? No
- Restricted publisher group for brand terms? Yes – pre-approved only
- Google/Yahoo/Bing generic PPC eligible? Yes – with restrictions
- Shopping ads directly linking to site eligible? Yes – with restrictions
- CSS activity in separate account required? Yes – requires written approval
5. Promotional Rules
- Only use official creatives and approved links from your Awin account
- Email marketing must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and applicable laws
- Misleading claims, spam, unsolicited email, cookie stuffing, adware, pop-ups/unders, or deceptive tactics are prohibited
- We encourage authentic, editorial-style content over promotional messaging.
6. Content Expectations
Partners are expected to:
- Create original content
- Feature KIERIN products authentically
- Use affiliate links within content
- Top-performing partners may receive:
- Increased commission
- Product seeding
- Priority collaboration opportunities
7. Intellectual Property
- You may use brand assets only as provided and approved.
- All goodwill from use of KIERIN marks remains with the brand.
- No alteration of assets without permission.
8. Termination & Modifications
KIERIN reserves the right to remove partners who:
- Do not generate traffic or content
- Violate program policies
- Do not align with brand standards
- Breach may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
- Terms may be updated with notice; continued participation constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law & Liability
- Governed by Connecticut law, USA.
- KIERIN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Affiliates agree to indemnify KIERIN for claims arising from their promotions.
